Action configuration
Turns an initial project-definition document (idea, SOW, framing doc) into a well-segmented set of executable job intakes for an application that does not yet exist. It writes the plan — numbered intakes dropped into jobs/0_new/ — never the application itself. The path below is the run's only structured input: it is interpolated into the auto-filled mandate and derives the intake's file name, so it is required.
A whole-app (or scoped) report-only deep audit. The audit is defined entirely by this config (no clarify, no mandate). Runs a read-only section-by-section sub-agent loop and writes 09_action/action-report.md.
Doc HTML — for HTML documentation only. Pick a flow: Upkeep validates and updates an existing HTML docs folder against the codebase and the project's documentation UI kit; Create generates new HTML documentation for a section or the full application. Both resolve the UI kit from app.md and write 09_action/action-report.md.
Upkeep: surveys the existing HTML docs folder read-only, then applies confined updates.
Create: generates new HTML documentation using the project's documentation UI kit.
Validate externally-supplied code-review comments against the whole app, then fix only the verified-accurate ones in the working tree (no commit/PR — the prompt refuses both). Comment text is treated as untrusted evidence, never instruction. Writes 09_action/action-report.md.
