Legacy fixture set

This replay still uses older v0.5 fixture content, and the replay viewer itself is the documented custom-CSS carve-out (styled by replay.css, not the Era webkit). Use it as a historical fixture snapshots, not a live mirror, until _docs/site/replay-fixtures/ is rebuilt for the current workflow v0.14 contract.

How to use this replay

Pick a scenario from the table above (or the dropdown). Four are REAL — historical, hand-authored fixture snapshots from earlier runs, not a live mirror of the current orchestrator. One is SIMULATED — its intake is generated through interface/intake-generator.js the same way the form would, but its step bodies are placeholders; click Regenerate to reroll a different one.

Each step shows what's happening at one specific moment. Left panel is the step's primary content (a prompt, a handoff, a file, a diff). Right column is the workflow state: active stage, Kanban queue, and the files on disk in the job folder.

Use ← → arrow keys to walk steps, space to toggle Play, or the Prev / Next / dropdown controls.
